Inspired by her original Drunk Yoga® class founded in 2017, Eli’s new Uplift Experiences are fun, social and beginner-friendly yoga activities artfully designed to build workplace culture and joy through inclusivity in a “let your hair down and shake off the day” kind of way, both virtually and in person. Eli and her hand selected, certified team of Pro-Uplifters are highly trained yoga teachers equipped with professional performance experience to ensure high quality, laughter-inducing, belonging-building yoga events that foster camaraderie to boost your event’s “wow factor” at every level.
